Throwback Friday Si Gembil Cakery










Tetiba baper pas ngerapiin file-file foto jualan, ketemu mereka semua yg di atas itu... 😂😂😅
Alhamdulillah 'ala kulli hal, Allah azza wa jalla sudah kasi izin 3 tahun ini jatoh-bangun-nyungsep-kejebur-loncat, dari semangat-futur-semangat-futur lagi.

Tapi orang mah ngeliatnya kan pas udah enak aja yaa kaaan... Meski sebenarnya ini masih jaaaaaauuuuuh dari enak, jauuuh sekali karena kami pun sedang berusaha bangkit kembali.
Yang orang lain lihat, itu dia followersnya udah segitu pasti yg beli banyak.
Yang orang lain lihat, itu dia kemasan produknya oke banget pasti modalnya gede.

Tapi kan orang gak lihat gimana kinyis-kinyisnya kami saat harus bangun jam 2 dini hari di akhir pekan supaya bisa gelar lapak di pasar pagi dadakan. Tapi kan orang gak lihat kalo mau pinter harus belajar, investasi ikut kursus, kelas online dan offline ini itu. Sampe-sampe qadarullah Papa Brow kena sakit batu ginjal... 😂😂😅
Sedih tapi geli terkekeh juga inget masa-masa itu.
Kalo dulu kerasa jualannya cuma buat isi waktu luang, main-main, coba-coba aja, insyaallah kali ini for good, untuk ikhtiar bertahan hidup.
Baru mulai 3 bulan udah nyerah? Atau kepingin buru2 sukses? BIG NO!
EVERY STEP HAS ITS OWN PROCESS. ENJOY IT!

Kalo tetiba udah ngomong sendiri di alam pikiran, "ih koq dia gini?" "ih koq dia gitu?" Periksa hatimu, barangkali hanya dengan melihat perniagaan saudaramu saja, hasad sudah membadai di sana? What for? Capek?
Baik tidur saja tidak usah jualan. 😅

DapurSiGembil: Roti Jala Basic Recipe

Salam Readers... As I promise you that I will write the recipe of roti jala, so here you go my aunt’s recipe of roti jala… Ingredients : • 250 of wheat flour • 2 pieces of chicken eggs , beaten • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 100 ml of boiled water • 2 tablespoons cooking oil • Margarine to make pancakes How to make : 1. Mix the flour and salt , mix well 2 . Add water and stir until the dough is mixed 3 . Pour egg, mixture into the flour little by little gradually while stirring 4 . Add cooking oil and stir well 5 . Insert the dough in plastic (the usual plastic to make decorations in cake) and cut the plastic tip (only small cutting) 6 . Heat a nonstick frying pan and rub with margarine 7 . Spray the dough in the pan until forming nets , cooking in over low heat until cooked 8 . Salam, As we had promised, this time we'll post the story behind our BIG DAY! First part will tell you the story behind our BIG reception party. The definition of BIG this time is literally BIG, first reason is because both of our family backgrounds are truly BIG families, 2nd reason is this is the first BIG DAY for both of us as we are the first children from our family.
